What is Vibrant Health, Anyway?

Life force energy...

Known in Chinese Medicine as Chi (Qi), Prana in Ayurveda, and by Tesla as Scalar or Radiant Energy, is the Vitality within us.


When this bio-electromagnetic energy is free flowing, we experience a positive bliss state and wellbeing.


On the contrary, when weak or blocked, our quantum field opens the door to illness, dis-ease, and even death.


While nutritious food is a source of this life energy, it is only one of it's many vehicles.



Eating more than food.


During my Health Coach certification, the institute I attended put a huge emphasis on what they liked to call "Primary Food".

This is considered the nourishment we receive in life found off the plate, such as our home environment, spirituality, and joy.

When balanced, your soul can experience contentment and satiety that doesn't hunger for your next meal.



Recall a time when you were so involved and fully participant that you completely forgot about food, and were high on life...



The energy that we take in feeds us, and can either contribute to or drain our vitality, and for this reason a holistic approach to one's life is fundamental for excellent health and much more effective at improving one's quality of life than focusing on diet alone.
